This weekend course will introduce you to the exhilarating sport of 
ice climbing. Come and learn on our 15m (50') ice wall, then use your new skills tackling the “Wet Willy”, “Gallery” or “Two O’clock Creek” waterfalls.
Topics will include ice tools, crampons, climbing ropes and basic climbing skills. Other skills such as the French technique and basic ice climbing anchors will also be covered.
All of this will take place in a safe and encouraging atmosphere of fun and friendship, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Canadian Rockies. The course is limited to twelve participants, ages 15 and up.
