The current wastewater treatment system at Frontier Lodge is in dire need of replacement. Thankfully, we have had the opportunity to partner with a wastewater treatment company based out of Rocky Mountain House, and we are very close to securing the funds necessary for this project.
The System:
The unit that we are planning to have installed is a FII MicroClear MBR Sewage Treatment Plant. The unit is completely housed within a 40ft shipping container and works with a membrane system to filter out waste. The unit would be able to easily handle our current water output, and allow ample room for expansion down the road. Specific information on the treatment process can be seen here.
How you can help:
While this is not a glamorous project, it is a vital upgrade that will allow countless youth to experience God in this place for years to come. Please pray for this project, that it would be fully realized in a timely fashion. The biggest obstacle at this point is funds, and we would ask you to prayerfully consider supporting this project with a monetary donation, for which you would receive a tax receipt.
