PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Have you or anyone you know experienced job loss during the COVID-19 pandemic? We are offering a program for adults who have experienced economic and mental health hardships due to the effects of Covid. This program is intended to help participants overcome anxiety, depression, and lack of confidence. Participants will develop agency and confidence to pursue their next steps, by engaging in physically demanding adventure therapy. Participants will have the support of a psychologist and trained outdoor professionals. During their experience, participants will engage in group reflection times, one-on-one sessions with the psychologist, and career coaching workshops. The program involves getting outdoors and intentionally separating from daily life to help participants get back on their feet again.

We provide all of the necessary gear for participants (sleeping bags, backpacks, rain jackets, hiking boots, etc.). If you have concerns about gear please contact us. We do not want gear to be a barrier that keeps you from participating.
