Have you or anyone you know experienced job loss during the COVID-19 pandemic? We are offering a program for adults who have experienced economic and mental health hardships due to the effects of Covid. This program is intended to help participants overcome anxiety, depression, and lack of confidence. Participants will develop agency and confidence to pursue their next steps, by engaging in physically demanding adventure therapy. Participants will have the support of a psychologist and trained outdoor professionals. During their experience, participants will engage in group reflection times, one-on-one sessions with the psychologist, and career coaching workshops. The program involves getting outdoors and intentionally separating from daily life to help participants get back on their feet again.
We provide all of the necessary gear for participants (tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, rain jackets, hiking boots, etc.). If you have concerns about gear please contact us. We do not want gear to be a barrier that keeps you from participating.

The program involves several out-trips and sleeping in a tent for the duration of the experience. While at Frontier Lodge, participants have access to indoor facilities (showers, bathrooms, lounge, dining hall, etc.), but will still sleep in a tent.
PHYSICAL FITNESS & MENTAL HEALTH
The application has helpful questions for you to discern which program (4-Day or 7-Day program) is a better fit for you. We do not want you to be 'scared away' or intimidated by the fitness requirements. If you have any questions please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
This program is also not designed for individuals who have significant personality disorders or are recovering from substance addiction.
