Frontier Lodge is looking for people who are 18 years and up and desire to be used by God in an adventure-based ministry. Adventure Ministry Interns will be involved in leading cabin groups and facilitating off-site activities, as well as rotations in the kitchen, maintenance, and/or the camp office. We accept around five interns for this role for the spring and summer seasons. A mandatory staff training is provided at the beginning of the intake period - May and/or July. Periods of intern availability could range from 1 week to 4 months. 


Frontier Lodge is a Christian Wilderness Adventure Camp located on the edge of the Alberta Rockies. Our focus is on providing guests with opportunities to experience God in the outdoors. This is accomplished through hospitality and service at our facility, and through adventure activities in the mountains. Our staff are able to be a part of a unique Christ-centered community where relational and personal growth are inevitable.

AT Frontier 

Every year Frontier Lodge depends on people like YOU who give countless hours to join in the work of helping transform lives. Whether it's being a cabin leader for a week, helping prepare meals in the kitchen or volunteering your skills in a building project, YOU are making a difference. We are always looking for volunteer help year round however, are most busy seasons in these areas are May through August.


Are you passionate about creating great food? Or have a knack for fixing things? Would you enjoy working with a team to provide hospitality and a welcoming environment for our guests through preparing and serving meals?  Or do you have a desire to help on and around our site to care for our facility through project help or general site care like mowing lawns and moving firewood. We welcome volunteers from all stages of life, whether retired or still in high school we would love to have you on our team.
